1. What types of paper do you use for your prints?

We use Hahnemühle archival fine art paper, known for its exceptional quality and timeless feel. It’s 250 gsm matte paper with a beautiful natural off-white tone—acid-free, FSC-certified, and free from optical brighteners. This museum-grade paper ensures your print will remain vibrant and detailed for years to come.

2. How do I place an order?

Just browse the collection, pick your favourite print and size, then head to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll take care of the rest - printing, packing, and shipping it with love from Amsterdam.

3. Do you offer custom prints?

Yes, we do! If you’re interested in a custom print or a special project, please contact us at info@ggfprints.com to discuss your ideas. We’re happy to chat and see how we can make your vision a reality.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

All prints are made to order. Here’s a general guide:

Production time: 2–5 business days

Shipping times:

  • Netherlands: 2–3 business days

  • Europe: 5–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way!

5. How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is included with all orders - no surprises at checkout.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply, depending on the rules in your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your print ships, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow its journey.

8. What print sizes do you offer?
We currently offer three standard sizes (Small, Medium, and Large), which are listed on each product page. Want a custom size? Reach out—we may be able to accommodate it!

9. Do your prints come framed?
At the moment, prints are sold unframed, giving you the flexibility to choose a frame that suits your style and space. We do plan to offer framing options in the future, so stay tuned!

10. How should I care for my print?
We recommend framing your print behind glass and keeping it out of direct sunlight. Always handle it by the edges to avoid smudges or creases. If needed, dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth.

11. Can I return or exchange a print?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something’s not quite right, email us at info@ggfprints.com within 14 days of receiving your print. We’ll do our best to make it right with a return, exchange, or refund.

12. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the print may already be in production. Email us at info@ggfprints.com with your order number to cancel in time.

13. Can I include a personal note for a gift?
Absolutely! At checkout, you’ll have the option to include a personal message. We’ll make sure it’s printed and included with your gift—no receipts or pricing will be shown.

14. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Our digital gift cards are perfect for art lovers and design fans. Choose an amount, and let your loved one pick their own favourite print.

15. How can I contact you?
